By Christina Chustz on Mon, 08/29/2016 - 11:55am | Permalink My husband is in the navy and my Children live in Illinois. I have joint with visitations. My ex just recently has abuse and neglect on him from another mother and child. I have been fighting for custody for a very long time and my son broke his arm and got no medical treatment from his father when I had picked him up I took him. Then my son told the doctors that he never sees doctors because they don't believe in them. He had no shots which I have taken care of to. I want to get the court order modified but how can I get it to be here where I am? Also the doctor said he has to stay with me until my sons arm is healed. Response to "What paper work do I need?"
